The Vertical Forest is a pair of residential towers in Milan, Italy, featuring over 20,000 trees and plants. Conceived in 2014, these towers reach a height of 111 meters and 76 meters, integrating vegetation into urban architecture to improve air quality and biodiversity.

Located in the Porta Nuova district, the Vertical Forest was designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti. The towers house approximately 800 apartments, each with access to greenery on balconies. The total surface area of the vegetation amounts to about 3 hectares of forest. The project aims to create a microclimate, reducing pollution and producing oxygen. It is accessible to the public and can be reached via public transport, being a short walk from the Isola metro station.
