Shiveluch is an active stratovolcano located on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia. It stands approximately 3,283 meters tall and is one of the largest and most active volcanoes in the region. Eruptions have occurred frequently, with the most significant ones recorded in 1854 and 1964.

The volcano is part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is known for its seismic activity. Shiveluch has two main parts: Old Shiveluch and Young Shiveluch, the latter being more active. The area is remote and access is difficult, primarily suited for experienced climbers and researchers. The last major eruption took place in 2005, affecting the surrounding landscapes with ash fall and lava flows.
