Oeschinensee is a glacial lake located in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland, near the village of Kandersteg. Situated at an elevation of 1,578 meters above sea level, the lake covers an area of 1.1 square kilometers. It is fed by the streams of the surrounding mountains.

Oeschinensee is accessible via a gondola lift from Kandersteg, followed by a short walk. The lake is part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn UNESCO World Heritage site. Its waters are primarily sourced from glacial melt. In winter, the lake can freeze, offering opportunities for ice skating. Surrounding hiking trails provide panoramic views of the Alps. The area is popular for both summer and winter recreational activities.
