More about Mariana Trench

The trench is a crescent-shaped scar in the Earth's crust and was formed by the subduction of the Pacific Plate beneath the smaller Mariana Plate. It is not accessible for tourism due to extreme depths and pressure, but scientific explorations have been conducted using advanced submersibles. The environment is characterized by unique marine life adapted to its high-pressure conditions.
