Devils Tower National Monument, located in northeastern Wyoming, USA, is a geological feature known as a laccolith. The tower rises 1,267 feet (386 meters) above the surrounding terrain, with a summit elevation of 5,112 feet (1,558 meters) above sea level. It was designated a National Monument in 1906.
