Dalhalla
Dalhalla is an open-air theater located in a former limestone quarry near Rättvik, Sweden. Designed for music performances, its acoustics are enhanced by the quarry's 60-meter deep, 400-meter long, and 175-meter wide dimensions, established in 1993.

Dalhalla's history began with its transformation from an industrial site to a musical venue. The quarry, excavated during the early 20th century for lime, ceased operations in 1991. The natural acoustics and isolated location make it suitable for concerts, operas, and festivals. Visitors can reach Dalhalla by car or shuttle bus from Rättvik, with seating capacity for approximately 4,000 people.
