TT Warsaw 2026 returns to Ptak Warsaw Expo as a key meeting point for the travel industry

The travel industry continues to evolve, driven by changing consumer expectations, emerging technologies and new approaches to exploring the world. For more than three decades, TT Warsaw has remained one of the leading platforms connecting tourism professionals, destinations and travel enthusiasts. The next edition of the International Tourism Fair will take place on 8–11 October 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

TT Warsaw brings together representatives of the global travel market, including tour operators, travel agencies, national and regional tourism organizations, airlines, hospitality providers and companies delivering innovative solutions for the tourism sector. The event serves as a business platform for networking, knowledge exchange and showcasing the latest products, services and destinations.

The previous edition confirmed the growing importance of TT Warsaw within the Central and Eastern European tourism market. The event welcomed 22,174 visitors and hosted 219 exhibitors representing various segments of the travel industry. The accompanying conference program featured 25 experts and speakers who discussed current challenges, future opportunities and emerging trends shaping the global tourism landscape.

Business, inspiration and travel experiences under one roof

TT Warsaw combines a strong B2B component with attractions dedicated to travelers and tourism enthusiasts. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover new destinations, meet industry professionals, learn about innovative tourism products and gain insights into the future of travel.

An important part of the event will once again be the Travelers Festival, a dedicated space for meetings with explorers, content creators, adventurers and travel storytellers. The organizers have already announced the first guests of the 2026 edition, including OjWojtek, a popular travel creator known for his authentic travel experiences, and Urbex History, a group specializing in exploring and documenting abandoned and historically significant locations. Additional speakers and guests will be revealed in the coming months.

Supported by key tourism and hospitality organizations

TT Warsaw 2026 is organized with the support of respected partners representing various sectors of the tourism ecosystem. Wear Your Journey joins the event as an official partner. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Mazovian Regional Tourist Organization (Mazowiecka Regionalna Organizacja Turystyczna), while the Polish Chamber of Hotel Industry (Izba Gospodarcza Hotelarstwa Polskiego) supports the fair as an industry partner.

Their involvement highlights the importance of TT Warsaw as a platform fostering cooperation between tourism, hospitality and destination management stakeholders.

Part of Marine & Travel Week

The 2026 edition of TT Warsaw will be organized as part of Marine & Travel Week, a comprehensive series of industry events hosted by Ptak Warsaw Expo. Alongside TT Warsaw, visitors will also be able to attend Poland Boat Show and Boat Technica, creating a unique environment that connects tourism, yachting, water sports and marine technologies.

This combination opens new opportunities for business networking, cross-sector cooperation and the exchange of ideas between professionals representing different areas of the travel and leisure economy.
